Adding Bank Details

Inspection companies do not have the ability to create bank accounts in Navarik Inspection. Bank account data is strictly managed by system administrators for the cargo-owner company. If you are unsure whom to reach out to, please message support@navarik.com

The following information is required to create a bank account in Navarik Inspection:


• Account Holder Name

• Account Number

• Name of the Financial Institution

• Currency of the Bank Account


To add bank details

1. From the catalogue menu, select Company/People Directory

2. Enter the company name you wish to add the bank details for

3. From your company page, select the appropriate office and click Create Bank Account tab
4. On the bank accounts page, fill in all the fields with a red asterisk and click save

Note:
System owner companies that use SAP as their financial system may also require a Bank Account Code.
