Navarik Inspection can perform voyage-level loss calculations between multiple submitted worksheets by determining the sequence of loads and discharges for each parcel within the voyages in Navarik Inspection. Setting this sequence is referred to as “Matching.” The system can automatically match inspection parcels.
If automatic matching has not occurred (there are no arrows/connections between the parcels), users can manually match them as they see fit.
To manually match parcels:
1. Select on the box that represents the predecessor parcel and drag it over the box that represents the successor parcel.
2. Release the mouse button. A line will connect the predecessor parcel with the successor parcel.
3. To remove connections made while manually matching, repeat the same process. Drag the predecessor parcel over the successor parcel to which it is connected. Releasing the mouse will remove the connection.
4. To save the matched sequence and calculate loss, select the Save & Calculate button:

Note: Users can only access the Voyage Reconciliation Summary when parcels are matched.
