As part of our broader cloud migration initiative, we will be transitioning from our current on-premises email delivery solution to a new third-party vendor. What Does This Mean for You?
On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, we will be changing the address from which all Navarik Inspection email messages are sent and updating the servers through which these messages are delivered.
Currently, email messages from Navarik Inspection systems are sent from the address "do-not-reply@navarik.com" through mail servers maintained by Navarik. After the change, these messages will be sent from the address "do-not-reply@navarik.net" through servers maintained by a trusted third-party mail service provider.
We want to assure you that our new vendor is supplying us with clean, trusted IP addresses to help ensure your emails are delivered reliably and without interruption. If you would like more detailed information about the email IPs, please feel free to contact us directly.
Action Required
To ensure continuous and reliable email delivery, we kindly ask you to:
1. Update Mail Filtering Rules: Adjust any existing mail filtering rules to add the new email address "do-not-reply@navarik.net."
2. Update Spam Allow-Lists: Add the new email address to your spam allow-lists to prevent our messages from being mistakenly filtered out.
These actions are necessary to ensure that emails from Navarik Inspection systems continue to be delivered to your inbox without issues. We understand that this may require some effort on your part, and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
After making these changes, we encourage you to test your email filters and allow-lists to ensure that everything is functioning as expected before the transition date.
