To issue a Nomination from Draft status
1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Trips menu and click on Inspection Worksheets
2. Enter the Trip number and click Find
3. Click on the nomination number
4. Make the required edits and click Save and Issue from the bottom of the page to issue nomination
