A draft nomination is not a live nomination that an inspection company is able to see. If a nomination was previously issued (version 1) and a change was made but not issued (draft version 2) the inspection company will only be able to see the latest issued version (version 1).
If you are an operator at a cargo company and would like to issue a draft nomination (whether this is the first time it has been issued or whether this is a revision to a previously issued nomination) please see below:
1. From the Dashboard, navigate to the Trips menu and click on the Nominations page:
2. Enter the Trip number, click Find, and select the Trip number link:
3. Select the Nomination numer link:
4. Select the wrench icon:
5. Make the required edits and click Save and Issue from the bottom of the page to issue the nomination:
