In Navarik Inspection, it is possible for cargo owner companies to request a "Retest" in the event erroneous data has been entered by the inspection company or the nomination has been revised requiring edits to quality or quantity or changes to tests or slates.
Each cargo company has the ability to create and name their own Retest Reasons
To create a Retest Reason
1. From the Catalogue menu, select Reset Reason
2. From the Actions menu, select Create
3. Enter the desired Retest Reason, make sure the status is Active, and click Save
4. Retest Reason will be saved and reflected in the system
