If a person has left an organization, there are a few tasks that should be completed by the company system administrator to ensure there is no unwanted access to confidential information.
For cargo-owner companies that are not federated:
1. If this is a key contact, please inform Navarik Support of the change and let us know who will be their replacement. This way we can make sure that the ex-employee will no longer receive communications.

4. Ensure that the person who will be replacing the ex-employee has the correct user roles on their account so that the regular tasks can be carried out as per usual
