It can be useful to look up the users with a given role or set of roles on your account. For example, you may wish to view the list of currently active System Administrators. Navarik provides a report name the "User Accounts" report that allows you to quickly view all users with a given role.
Please note that this report is only available to users with the system administrator permissions.
• From your navigation menu, select "Reports":
• Then select "User Accounts" in the "User Activity" section:
Set the parameters you wish to search by:
• To search by role, select the desired role from the Roles drop-down menu
• To search by status, from the Status drop-down menu, select the required status (Active) or (Inactive) you wish to search by and click Generate Report
• If you wish to generate a consolidated list of all users, regardless of their roles and status, enter your company name and click Generate Report
• The list can be exported to Excel by using the Actions menu or clicking the Excel download tab
